This Return & Refund Policy governs the sale of products through HomeEdits.co.in. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations

  • All sales made through HomeEdits.co.in are final.
  • Goods once sold are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation under any circumstances, except where required under applicable Indian law.
  • Customers are strongly advised to review product details, specifications, measurements, and suitability before placing an order.

2. Inspection at the Time of Delivery or Pickup

  • Customers opting for self-pickup must inspect the product thoroughly at the time of purchase or collection.
  • For HomeEdits-arranged deliveries, customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery.

Any visible damage, defect, or discrepancy must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or pickup.Claims raised after acceptance of the product will not be entertained.

3. Manufacturing Defect Warranty

  • If a product carries a manufacturing defect warranty, the same will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
  • Warranty coverage is limited strictly to manufacturing defects as defined by the manufacturer.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Stitching or upholstery issues
  • Sagging, sound, or wear-and-tear
  • Color variations or fading
  • Natural characteristics of wood, fabric, or materials

Service for such issues, if requested, may be provided on a chargeable basis.

4. Transit Damage

If a product is damaged during transit:

  • The issue must be reported immediately upon delivery, before acceptance.
  • Failure to report transit damage at the time of delivery will result in the claim being declined.

5. Customised & Made-to-Order Products

Customized, made-to-order, or specially manufactured products are:

  • Non-returnable
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-cancellable

Once production has commenced, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

6. Refunds

Since all sales are final:

  • Refunds are not applicable except in cases mandated by law or at the sole discretion of HomeEdits in exceptional circumstances.

If approved, refunds (if any) will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Limitation of Liability

HomeEdits’ liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the product purchased. Under no circumstances shall HomeEdits be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Policy Amendments
